How long does the Learn Polish with Weronika online course last?

You decide how much of the course you will study based on your schedule. We recommend that students complete at least one module per week. This approach allows you to finish each module in six months, ensuring you can complete all exercises before your six months of support expires (with VIP option).

For how long will I have access to the course?

You have lifetime access to the course materials and six months of support from our tutors (with VIP option). This means you will have access to the video lessons for as long as our school exists. We are committed to providing a quality learning experience and have plans in place to ensure you can access the videos even if any third-party tools we rely on (such as software or video hosting services) cease operations. Additionally, with VIP option you have six months to complete all voice and written exercises, which are manually checked by our tutors, allowing you to receive real feedback—no AI or bots involved.

Can I download the lessons?

No, lessons are in high-quality therefore to download them you would require expensive hard drives, as 1 video can weight even 3-5GB. You can access all the video lessons through your online account after you purchase the course. All the supportive materials like PDFs and presentations are downloadable. The videos can only be streamed offline via our mobile app.

Can I share the course with my friends?

No. Access to the course is personal. We cover the costs for streaming the videos and monitor for any sharing of login details. If we detect that access is shared across multiple IP addresses, we will contact you. We reserve the right to unenroll users if abuse is confirmed.

Can I ask the tutor questions?

Can I continue receiving support after 6 months?

Yes. One month before your support expires, we will notify you by email, giving you 30 days to finish the exercises. After 182 days from purchase, you will be moved to a lifetime version of the course without written tasks or voice recording exercises, though instant feedback exercises will still be available. If you wish to continue receiving feedback, you can extend your support time for an additional fee. You will also retain access to our Telegram student group to ask questions and connect with fellow students as needed.

If I opt for the BASIC package, can I ask questions?

No, you cannot. In this case, it works like buying the materials only. To ask questions to the tutor, you need to choose the VIP package. The lowest package includes only the video course and self-checking exercises, with no human feedback. We offer this option for students who cannot afford the higher package but would like to explore the A1 level on their own. You can only contact us regarding payment or technical issues. We highly encourage opting for a support package!

Can I start my tutor support (VIP) later?

The 6-month support period starts right after purchase. By completing your checkout and accepting the T&C, you agree to this timeline. During those six months, you can submit all assignments for tutor feedback. We don’t offer free extensions, but if you ever need more time, you can add another support period. After the initial 6 months, your access automatically continues as the lifetime version (without tutor-checked homework).

Is there a refund policy?

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the course. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the course, simply email us at help@learnpolishwithweronika.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will process a full refund to the payment method used for your purchase within 15 business days. Please note: to qualify for the refund you cannot complete any exercises that require our tutors’ feedback, download any PDF lessons summaries or watch more than 10% of the course.

Will I be interacting with a tutor? Speaking?

The lessons in this online course are prerecorded, so you won’t have the opportunity to interact with a live tutor. However, the course does include speaking exercises that will help you build your sentence structure and pronunciation skills. These exercises will ask you to record your voice, so you can practice speaking on your own. Additionally, the teacher will provide feedback on your recordings in writing or in the form of voice messages, which can help you improve your speaking skills even further.

Will this course prepare me for a B1 Polish State exam?

This is a Zero to A1 course. To pass the B1 exam, you will also need to study at the A2 and B1 levels. We can discuss your study plan after you complete this course, subject to availability. With our course, you'll complete the first of three levels much faster and save significantly more money compared to traditional schools. You can then continue with us at A2 and B1 levels self-paced.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?

Yes, upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please note that this is a completion certificate and not an official certification. If you need an official certification for purposes such as a residence permit or citizenship, you will need to take and pass the B1 Polish State Exam, which involves additional fees and preparation.

What’s the difference between the Basic and VIP packages?

We always recommend students choose the VIP package, as it closely mirrors the live lesson experience. With VIP, you get hands-on practice through written homework and voice notes - you send them to us, and we check them and provide feedback. This is a very important part of the learning process. The Basic package is recommended only for students who know they can work through the course independently. It’s best suited for those who already take group or 1:1 lessons elsewhere, or who just want to improve their grammar and vocabulary on their own.
